Overview
A fire breaks out at Heathrow, shutting down two terminals and wreaking havoc on the hotel's room occupancy as guests are unable to check out, so new rooms must be prepped at the last minute. In Hampshire, a bride and groom from Texas have booked out the whole hotel and flown in 160 guests, but gale-force winds are battering the hotel and the events team must do everything they can to stop a dream wedding turning into a nightmare.
