Four months in. Elias's regeneration rate during a sparring session exceeds Mordred's projections by a factor of three. Mordred dismisses everyone else from the room. Whatever he says to Elias, we don't hear it - but we see Elias emerge looking like something has been confirmed rather than revealed. Iris's growth rate confounds Vane's analytical framework; she improves in directions his models don't account for. He begins adjusting the models around her rather than the reverse. Liam and Lilith are now inseparable, the underground network growing slowly and carefully across South London. The episode ends on Liam standing before a wall covered in notes, maps and names, Lilith beside him. "There are more of us than they want us to believe". Liam replies; “Good.”
